Receptionists are responsible for providing a good experience in the clinic for each customer. Receptionists are the first to greet clients coming into our clinics, and therefore must be able to answer questions about our clinic and treatments, schedule appointments quickly, uphold policies and procedures, and maintain professionalism.
Laser Technicians are primarily responsible for treating clients using advanced laser technology. Laser Technicians must maintain professionalism in many different scenarios including positive, negative or emotional situations. Laser Technicians are also uniquely qualified to upsell packages and sell products that would benefit the client, based on what is being treated.
Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for current and potential customers. Customer Service Representatives must maintain professionalism while handling a variety of tasks and requests. The responsibilities of customer service encompasses tasks such as scheduling and rescheduling client appointments, handling simple billing operations, maintaining updated information in client files including documenting interactions with clients and addressing all other customer concerns.

Sales Representatives are responsible for knowing all products and services offered by Simplicity Laser. This knowledge is utilized to create and sell treatment plans and packages suited to each client individually. Sales Representatives aim to give each client the most complete information regarding their treatments, including options for upgrading and products suited to their needs. It is also required of them to fill out contracts with clients, schedule appointments, make sure product is delivered, document interactions with clients, and most of all, be an ambassador and champion of Simplicity.
