There are several ways to take care of your eyes during the summer months, but the best tip we’ve found is to get some UV blocking sunglasses. The skin around your eyes is some of the thinnest on your entire body, so it can get damaged easily.

Additionally, sunglasses also help to keep you from having to squint all of the time which leads to fine lines and wrinkles. In addition to this, you should get a wide brimmed hat. This will protect your eyes from sunlight entering directly from above and it’s crazy cute.


Sleep

Getting enough sleep is very important for maintaining a healthy complexion, because lack of sleep increases the release of cortisol. Cortisol increases the stress levels of your body, along with triggering inflammation, which generally presents itself as acne. What's worse is that this can turn into a vicious cycle as the inflammation can make it difficult to sleep, resulting in more inflammation.

Another important sleep tip is to avoid the snooze button. Despite how good it may feel, the disrupted sleep cycles can actually make you groggier throughout the day.
