Q&A Session with our Scottsdale and Chandler manager, Cass Lounsbury

02 Jul 2015

Cass Lounsbury is 27 years old and is a full time nursing student from Williamston, Michigan. She moved to Arizona five years ago and has been with Simplicity Laser since 2012. She has been the Scottsdale manager for 18 months. Six months ago, she started managing a second location in Chandler. As a clinic manager, Cass oversees managing the clinic schedule, clinic reviews, training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction and working with medical directors. Clinic managers are also the most clinically experienced. So many clients love working with Cass, so we decided to give her fans a chance to get to know her better with these 10 questions.

1. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grow up?

I wanted to be an underwater archaeologist, but then I discovered that I can't get my mind to grasp the idea that it is okay to breath underwater with the correct equipment and just hyperventilate. So...that dream shattered quickly.

2. What is your favorite food?

I could probably eat my weight in sushi. It is hands down my favorite food.

3. Who is your celebrity crush?

My man crush is Jimmy Fallon. It isn't because I think he is a good looking guy, but because I laugh to a point of tears when watching his skits.

4. What is your spirit animal?

I don't think I quite understand what this means but the Google quiz that I just took told me my spirit animal is a tiger... RAWRR!

5. If you could retire tomorrow, what would you do with your time?

I honestly think that I would be so bored with retirement but I would probably volunteer at the animal shelter/Humane Society. I miss doing that.

6. What are some fun things that you love?

My dog Sam is my world and he moved with me to Arizona after he was rescued from a shelter. I travel as much as I can to visit my family. Lastly, I can't wait for football season to start. GO CHIEFS!

7. What is your favorite part about being a manager at Simplicity?

My teams, hands down. All of my girls and Bryan are fantastic to work with and be around on a daily basis.

8. What is the hardest part about managing two clinics?

The hardest part is dividing my time between the two clinics. It is tough, but we make it work with constant communication!

9. What is the best part about managing two clinics?

The best part again would have to be both of my teams. Liking the people you work with and enjoying their company makes your day (and theirs!) go that much more smoothly.

10. What is your favorite area to treat?

I enjoy treating men's faces because some of them get so creative with their facial hair.

Thanks for being so awesome, Cass!
