Customer Service

Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for current and potential customers.  Customer Service Representatives must maintain professionalism while handling a variety of tasks and requests.  The responsibilities of customer service encompasses tasks such as scheduling and rescheduling client appointments, handling simple billing operations, maintaining updated information in client files including documenting interactions with clients and addressing all other customer concerns. *Utah location only. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet customers and determine support needed
  • Suggest options that meet customer’s needs
  • Act as ambassador for laser hair removal
  • Clearly communicate programs and policies
  • Persuade customers to discuss membership programs with Client Specialist

Required Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Customer service preferred but not required
