PARAMOUNT IS THE BILLING SOFTWARE THAT WE USE TO CHARGE OUR CLIENT'S MEMBERSHIPS.

Basic billing processes such as changing credit cards for monthly drafts, applying freezes, extending memberships, going over the terms of memberships with clients, explaining delinquent fees and setting up scheduled drafts are done primarily by the associate that answers the phone. Any extraneous billing issues such as membership cancellations and refunds should be referred to the Billing Specialist.

CAN MEMBERSHIPS BE CANCELLED?

Yes, memberships can be cancelled at any time for a $199 fee. They can also be cancelled without a fee for two reasons:

Long-term Medical Condition that Interferes with Treatment

> Rental contract
> A utility bill
> A driver’s license with a new address dated in the last 6 months

> Doctor’s medical release on the doctor’s letterhead and with the doctor’s signature

>We can put the membership on a freeze until the client can provide proof of move if necessary.

> Membership contracts are only cancelled once a client emails us proof of move or medical condition to the email notification@simplicitylaser.com

VERIFICATION

If a client does not meet these requirements, it is up to the person who answered the call to remind the client of the terms of their contract, which states that the memberships cannot be cancelled. See the following graphic for customer service guidelines.
