WHAT IS THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Simplicity’s referral program is that all current clients can earn up to two (2) months of free treatments when they refer a new client who signs up for an 18- or 24- month memberships. The referring member gets one (1) month free when the person they refer signs up for an 18-month membership or they will earn two (2) months free when the person they refer signs up for a 24-month membership. The new client does not get free months. There is no limit to the referral credits available to a client.
Package referrals are appreciated, but there is no incentive. Upgrades also never count as a referral. Referrals are new clients who have never been treated by Simplicity.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN A MEMBER’S REFERRAL CALLS ME TO SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP?
When members’ referrals call you to sign up, ask who referred them and record that on their membership agreement under “referred by.” Remember the member will only get a reward if their friend qualifies (see qualifications above).
HOW MANY REFERRALS CAN A CURRENT CLIENT SIGN UP?
Current clients can have as many referrals sign up as they want- there is no limit! The referring client can receive the incentive each time a new membership referral signs up.
WHAT IS THE REFERRING MEMBER ALREADY PAID FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP OR LASER PACKAGE? DO THEY GET AN INCENTIVE?
If the member has already paid in full they can have their expiration pushed out by either one or two months, depending on what type of referral credit they earned. If they are a Groupon customer, they can receive either one free treatment or upgrade to a membership and receive a month free. The free month has no cash value. They also have the option to utilize skin services if they prefer that over laser hair removal.
HOW DOES THE REFERRING MEMBER GET THE FREE MONTH APPLIED TO THEIR ACCOUNT?
After a client’s referral signs up and you listed the referral on the membership agreement, the person entering memberships into Paramount puts the client into the referral spreadsheet. The credit is then applied through Paramount and the client is sent an email letting them know they received credit for referring a new client. Notes are also put in Booker that credit was given.
WHAT IF A CLIENT HAS A QUESTION ABOUT THEIR REFERRAL?
First, check their account in Booker to see if they have a note about it. Then check the referral spreadsheet to see if they are listed. Third, look up their friend’s membership to see if they are listed there.
